Oh hey, it’s Season 2! Welcome to episode 30— a fun chat with Mada Lavey, known as Mada Leigh on Instagram. She’s a personal trainer, mama and expert on non-toxic living, clean beauty, baby-led weaning, wellness and more. I discovered her through following her sister, Alex Snodgrass of The Defined Dish, and she’s been so fun to follow. Mada is super sweet, genuine and we had a blast talking all things non-toxic living, supplements, meal planning, her new virtual fitness platform and more.

her background and how Mada Leigh blog came about
her tips on how to detoxify your house and move toward a more non-toxic home

her brand new virtual fitness platform

what’s next for her & her family
All about Mada:
Mada Lavey is a personal trainer, mama, and lover of all things health and fitness. She’s from Celina, Texas and graduated from TCU in Fort Worth. Mada got certified in personal training and led bootcamps and classes with her friends her senior year of college. After college, she moved to Dallas and did personal training and then began instructing at a few boutique fitness studios in the area. She also loves to cook and started The Defined Dish with her sister Alex, where she was focused on the “defined” portion of the blog, the fitness aspect. Mada ended up focusing on her new (at the time) marriage and starting a family and has come full circle back to her fitness program by just launching her own virtual training platform. She loves clean living and non-toxic beauty, baby-led weaning and all things health and fitness.
