All about Dr. Naumes:
Dr. Kate Naumes holds a Doctorate in Naturopathy and a Certificate in Midwifery from Bastyr University; she holds a BA in Biochemistry from Mt. Holyoke. Dr. Naumes is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Texas Association of Naturopathic Doctors. The state of Texas does not currently license Naturopathic Doctors. Thus, she holds her license in Oregon & Washington and acts in Texas as a wellness consultant, not as a physician. Dr. Naumes has been featured as a Natural Health Expert on TV programs such as ABC’s Good Morning Texas, KTXD’s ‘D’ The Broadcast, CW’s DFW CloseUp, and radio programs across the US. She has written for the general public in publications such as D Magazine and scholarly publications such as Naturopathic Doctor News & Review. Dr. Naumes has been a featured speaker for the North Texas Midwives Association and for the Southwest Symposium at AOMA. Dr. Naumes is an expert in natural approaches to pre-conception, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, PCOS, Endometriosis, cervical health and female hormone health. She is the owner of Holistic Wellness, a telehealth wellness consultancy based in Dallas TX since 2011.
